Operations Associate / Operations Manager

Mentis AI is recruiting an Operations Associate / Operations Manager to help build the operational backbone of a fast-growing AI startup. You’ll play a critical role in managing day-to-day processes, supporting project delivery, and driving operational improvements as we scale. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-impact, fast-paced environment working at the frontier of AI.

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of ops workflows, incl. expert sourcing, vetting, onboarding, coordination.
• Support client delivery operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, at a high standard, and with clear communication between all parties.
• Contribute to dataset creation and project operations, helping manage expert-generated content and quality assurance processes.
• Help build and refine internal systems, processes, documentation etc.
• Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Get involved in a wide range of operational, administrative, and project-related tasks — wearing different hats as needed in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering or another relevant field
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and solving problems without a rigid playbook.
• Prior experience in operations, project coordination, executive support, or a fast-growing startup environment is a plus.
