What You’ll Do

  • Translate Academic Workflows
    – Break down complex deal origination, valuation, and credit-analysis frameworks from your coursework into precise labeling guidelines.

  • Design Evaluation Frameworks
    – Co-develop benchmarks and scoring rubrics that mirror high-stakes finance scenarios studied in your program and/or applied in your professional work.

  • Collaborate Across Teams
    – Work closely with ML engineers to refine annotation tools and iterate prompts until they meet professional standards.

Who You Are

  • Currently Enrolled or recently graduated from a finance master or other advanced finance and finance-related graduate program (2nd year preferred).

  • Required: relevant work experience in finance (such as internships or full-time roles) in one or more of the following areas:

    • Investment Banking / M&A
    • Private Equity
    • Equity Research
    • Credit & Leveraged Finance
    • Corporate Finance related areas
  • Technical Rigor: Familiarity with financial-statement analysis, valuation methodologies, and credit metrics.

  • Strong Communicator: Able to distill complex finance concepts from class into clear, actionable guidelines and feedback.

  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: Able to spot inconsistencies and ensure high-quality, accurate data labelling.

  • Passionate about Responsible AI: Eager to see your expertise guide models that serve the finance industry ethically and reliably.

  • Bonus: CFA Level I or equivalent coursework completed.
